Recently,We had done the Nondestructive inspection penetrant test(PT) for high chrome alloy casting according to customer requirements,Steps are as follows：
1. Clean the processed surface
2. Spray the red penetrant
3. Clean up the red penetrant
4. Spray the white developer, the white developer does not appear red, so there is no defect for this casting.
