CSD Chemical Slurry Pump(ReplacePC&PCH)
Design features
TWet-end components are manufactured in wear resistant alloys to suit the application providing these pumps with unique wear advantages over many similar pumps on the market.
Typical impeller design with expulsion vanes minimises recirculation and maximises seal performance with minimum impact on overall efficiency. Axial impeller adjustment optimises pump performance.
A clamping arrangement facilitates ease of maintenance and discharge orientation. The design allows for both front or back pull out options if required.
Expeller or centrifugal seals are standard. A stuffing box with a packed gland arrangement is offered as an interchangeable option.Mechanical seals are available on special request.
Flanges are a split interlocking design for easy removal and provided to match DIN, ANSI or BS standard drilling depending on pressurerating.
The only exception being the oil bath lubrication for higher operating speeds against the standard grease lubrication in other assemblies. An optional heat exchanger can be bolted to the bearing frame for water cooling if required.
This powerful package is capable of heads up to 125 metres per stage (on the CSD range) and combined with a degree of slurry handling capability, makes this unique in the market place.
